ELIGIBILITY
Who can become a member of PICPA?
CPA members
All Certified Public Accountants whose names appear in the Registry of the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission and who are working or residing in the United Arab Emirates are qualified to be admitted as members of the affiliate.
Associate members
Associate members may be admitted on due application, provided they belong to any of the following categories:
- Filipino citizens who are non-CPAs under Philippine law but hold an equivalent CPA title in a foreign country
- Former Filipino citizens holding a Philippine CPA certificate
- Non-CPA Filipinos who are graduates of accounting courses and/or practicing the accounting or finance profession
HOW TO REGISTER
Become a member in three steps
STEP 1
Complete the membership form
Fill in the PICPA Abu Dhabi Membership Form FY 2026–2027.
STEP 2
Pay your annual membership fee
Do not make your payment through MELS.
Pay your FY 2026–2027 annual membership fee by bank transfer or by credit card through Stripe. See fees and payment details.
STEP 3
Send your proof of payment
CPA members
Upload your proof of payment to your profile in the Membership, Events and Learning System (MELS), and make sure your membership affiliation is set to ABU DHABI Affiliate.
Associate members
Email your proof of payment to both addresses:

To pay by credit card, use the official Stripe payment link. Payments made through Stripe are subject to a bank processing fee of AED 5.00.

Membership FAQs
Can I join if I am not a Philippine CPA?
Yes, as an associate member, if you fall under one of the associate categories listed above.
Should I pay my dues through MELS?
No. Pay by bank transfer or Stripe. CPA members then upload their proof of payment to MELS and set their affiliation to ABU DHABI Affiliate.
How much are the annual dues?
By bank transfer: AED 190 for CPAs and AED 70 for associates. By Stripe: AED 195 for CPAs and AED 75 for associates.
My membership lapsed. How do I reinstate it?
Pay the reinstatement fee plus the applicable membership fee: AED 80 for one year of unpaid dues or AED 160 for two or more years by bank transfer (AED 85 or AED 165 by Stripe).
